3) Lothric's Scythe
Scythe born from the soul of Lothric.

It has a sharp edge contains[sic] a hard alloy, and can rip through anything like paper.
Возможно разработчики планировали давать в качестве награды за победу над Twin Princes в зависимости от того какой принц умрет последним. Коса получалась бы из души младшего принца.
4) Prince's Shield
Shield favored by Prince Lothric's brother and protector.
The prince, left mute and crippled by the curse, used this shield in order to protect his frail younger brother.
Щит получался бы из души старшего брата.
5) Dancer's Short Bow
Bow born from the soul of the Dancer of the Frigid Valley.Created using a tough Frigid Valley alloy, this bow is astonishingly flexibile, capable of firing powerful arrows.
Возможно разработчики планировали позволить стрелять "большими" стрелами из этого лука, но решили полностью убрать его из игры
6) Hammer of the Great Tree
Hammer crafted from the trunk of a great tree that has survived for an overwhelmingly long time.
It was said that the old tree posessed[sic] thought, and became an object of worship for citizens of the Undead Commune.
With a density and strength unthinkable for wood, it boasts power that can stand up against any metallic weapon.
Оружие должно было быть одним из вариантов транспозиции души Curse-rotten Greatwood, но в последствии был заменен на Hollowslayer Greatsword (меч Лукатиэль из Мирры)
7) Heavy Four-Pronged Plow
Four-pronged Plow wielded by the wooden scarecrows, serfs of the forest Sanctuary.The scarecrow serfs would not normally use these four-pronged plows as weapons, but their sharpness makes them very deadly.
Данное оружие можно было встретить у противников в Artorias of the abyss DLC из оригинального Dark Souls. Возможно разработчики планировали сделать отсылку к этой локации, но отказались от этой идеи

Парные кинжалы Сиаран - их тоже можно было получить в Artorias of the abyss DLC из оригинального Dark Souls.
9) Four Knights Hammer
Hammer of the Four Knights, writhing in the dark.This hammer was made for battle using a mysterious metal, its sharp edge capable of piercing shields and armor easily. Used to mercilessly crush enemies before one's eyes.
Возможно является отсылкой к четырём королям - боссу из оригинального Dark Souls.
10) Missionary Axe
Axe used by the missionaries who endeavored to propagate the Undead Commune, as well as its surrounding lands.The only salvation they offer is death, and any who disobey their teachings will be broken in two.

В файлах игры можно так же найти описание к большому количеству предметов не имеющих своей модели.
Так например планировалось сделать в игре аж четыре пламени пиромантии.
кроме обычного планировалось сделать:
Deep Pyromancy Flame - который бы усиливался по мере "опустошения" персонажа
Flickering\Strong Pyromancy Flame - который бы становился сильнее по мере приближения персонажа к его цели(?)
Ptich-Dark Pyromancy Flame - который бы усиливал тёмные заклинания пиромантии
В игру так же планировалось добавить Щит-арбалет из Dark Souls 2
