The True Dark Souls Experience - Dark Souls 1 and 3 Played at the Same Time with One Controller,Gaming,Dark Souls,Dark Souls 3,Challenge,Dark Souls Challenge,Dark Souls 3 Challenge,Dark Souls One Handed,Dark Souls 3 One Handed,One Handed Challenge Fight,One Handed Challenge,Boss Fight,Challenge Fight,Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 3,Two games,2 games,2 games at the same time,If you didn't understand what was going on in the video, it was me beating the first bosses of Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 3 at the same time using only one controller. The way I set this up was I had Dark Souls 3 for PS4 and Dark Souls 1 on my laptop. I downloaded DS4Windows on my laptop which is a program that allows for a PS4 controller to be used on PC by mapping the buttons to be like an Xbox controller. I then connected the controller to my PS4 via wireless connection, and then I connected it to the laptop with a USB cable, this allowed it to keep the connection to my PS4 while also being connected to my laptop. I then created a new character for both games and went to the first boss. It took me two tries to beat the bosses this way so I didn't really get time to get used to this "play style". I should hopefully improve in future videos like these so it will be more enjoyable to watch. ALSO! The video program I used to edit the videos together determines video length by fps. Since Dark Souls 3 was at a solid 30 fps and Dark Souls 1 was averaging only 20 fps it made the Dark Souls 1 game play video shorter causing the videos to be out of sync. I fixed this as best as I could by slowing the Dark Souls 1 game play to 87% of it's original speed so it may seem a bit odd in places.
