В сети начали распространяться слухи о возможном релизе ролевого экшена Bloodborne на PC, катализатором которых стал блогер Wario64.На своей страничке в Twitter инсайдер опубликовал загадочное сообщение: «Вы прямо сейчас можете поиграть в Bloodborne через [облачный сервис] PS Now… или чуть-чуть подождать».

Вслед за этим информацию подтвердила стримерша Sloth Mom, которая, по её словам получила данные из источника, заслуживающего доверия: «Да, Bloodborne выйдет на PC, я получила подтверждение от очень надёжного источника, и я очень верю в компанию, которая делает этот порт, вы не будете разочарованы. Это действительно происходит».

При этом, по словам стримерши, портирована будет не оригинальная игра с PlayStation 4, а ремастер, который также готовится к выходу на PlayStation 5. Судя по всему, анонс должен был состояться 4 июня на мероприятии, посвящённом консоли нового поколения, однако оно было перенесено на неопределённый срок.
Масла в огонь разгорающихся слухов подлил и бывший старший редактор журнала Game Informer Имран Хан: «Не стану давать комментарий конкретно о Bloodborne на PC, но достаточно сказать, что у поклонников From Software в ближайшие два года будет множество причин для радости».
